Food Network Star winner Jay Ducote is on a mission to find the craziest and most mouth-watering deep-fried dishes. Crossing the country from North to South and East to West, he'll visit chefs, pit masters and fellow deep-fried aficionados to uncover the most ooey-gooey, crispy-crunchy, slathered and battered deep-fried delights both old and new.
