Chef vs. Challenge

Chef Chuck Hughes is on a top-secret mission to cook for hungry crowds across the country. Chuck boards an iconic train in the Pacific Northwestern forest where he is challenged to prepare a four-course feast for 125 discerning dinner guests on a moving train in under six hours, after gathering local ingredients. The clock is ticking, his resources are limited and failure is not an option on Chef vs. Challenge .
