Chō Futsū Toshi Kashiwa Densetsu is a local animation produced by citizens in Chiba and Kashiwa with the aim of revitalizing the region. The third TV anime " Kashiwa Densetsu R ", an ordinary city, was produced based on the support money of about 2 million yen collected by crowdfunding, and the supporters also appeared in the animation as a return. Set in the city of Kashiwa, the daily life of junior high school girls and strange monsters is depicted in a surreal gag taste.
