Dr Roy Glover is on a mission to rid the Isle of Wight of all sprains, broken bones and illness whilst George Banatwala is keen to keep the waiting lists as long as possible to enhance his private work. Meanwhile, new doctor Toby Stephens is learning the ropes and the nurses are doing anything but nursing.
