Ignat, a professional welder, is fired from the factory because of a ridiculous case. Since his wife Marina is losing all her family savings in a financial pyramid scheme, the hard worker has to look for alternative sources of income. Stepson Sanya offers his stepfather to participate in an esports tournament with a prize of two million rubles. Ignat joins the team, but not only for the sake of money, but to establish a relationship with his stepson. He gets to know the life of teenagers from the inside, helps solve problems and becomes for them not just a "meme" uncle, but a real mentor, friend and cyber dad.
