Sofie - a well-behaved girl with high demands on herself, and Anders - a somewhat overweight couch potato that needs a change. Two supercoaches with different designs: Eddy Bengtsson, OS wrestler and MMA fighter who with hard-hitting training will make arrangements for their adept, and Anders Svensson, Sweden's most important soccer player in football as well as in both World Cup and EM know what required to succeed at the very highest level. The final goal is the Stockholm Triathlon, but it's mainly your trip. How does Sofie and Anders come to grips with the challenges they faced? And which of the two teams will be the best?
