A cure for the virus that kills in your sleep has never been found. On the one hand, a person can no longer remain alone - someone must wake him up before death occurs. On the other hand, people, without the slightest doubt, are ready to kill each other for food, weapons and a suspicious look. A small group settled in an abandoned village, leading a simple life. Christina, one of the survivors, realizes that she is pregnant. Fearing that the child will not survive in such conditions, she persuades her husband Andrei to go in search of a certain community, about which there are rumors that they can cure a terrible sleeping sickness. The couple sets off on a long and dangerous journey, on which, in addition to difficult conditions and armed gangs, they will meet Edik, the possible father of the child.
