This time Cheburashka and his faithful friend Crocodile Gena decide to become real helpers to all the neighbors of the cozy town where they live. The guys decide to open a "Bureau of Good Deeds" — a place where everyone can come with their request, whether it's fixing a broken thing, helping with their studies, or even finding new friends. Of course, their decisions are not always perfect and sometimes lead to funny situations, but sincerity and a desire to support make friends truly irreplaceable. However, a peaceful undertaking immediately faces an opponent — the cunning and restless Shapoklyak. She organizes a "Bureau of evil Deeds" to put sticks in the wheels of Cheburashka and Gene. Her pranks turn each episode into a small battle of kindness and mischief, where the most important thing is not victory, but the ability to remain honest, friendly and believe in the power of fantasy.
