Kaye, a famous manga artist, finds himself under the watchful eye of Phat, the inspector overseeing a serial murder case, after the victims' profiles, killing methods, and crime scenes are found to bear a suspicious resemblance to scenes from Kaye's old work. Thrown together by circumstances, the two must join forces to uncover the truth, solve the case, and track down the killer. Along the way, two strangers slowly find themselves bound by something that feels a lot like trust. But the deeper they dig, the more the past resurfaces, and what it reveals beginning to shake their relationship. As the clues keep unfolding, the bond they've built is put to the test ... leaving them to wonder whether they can push forward together, or they'll end up becoming the killer's next victims.
