25-year-old Yevheniia Marchuk is one of the best operatives of the Kyiv police, who is accustomed to confidently even for difficult cases. But after the unsuccessful detention of her career is under threat of reprimand. The only chance to rectify the situation is a new task - this time to work undercover. Stolen jewels from France, Italy and Germany unexpectedly appear on the territory of the former USSR, and their trace leads to Odessa. Here the investigation is attracted by the store of antiques and art objects of Andriy Nikolayenko, the godfather of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. In Odessa, the operative changes the form to the image of an art critic and gets a job in an antique shop and art objects. Among colleagues and clients, Eugenia begins to look for a person who may be a link in the international criminal network. While Marchuk is unraveling the smuggling scheme, a dangerous operation unexpectedly brings her first love.
